Villaggio® Taste Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms and Conditions
At Villaggio®, we believe in the great taste of our bread. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right with a coupon for another Bimbo Canada product.
- Eligibility:
- Applies only to products labeled with the Taste Satisfaction Guarantee sticker
- Claim form must be submitted within 21 days of purchase (“Claim Period”)
- Proof of purchase required
- Limitations:
- Maximum of 1 claim per household
- 1 unit per claim
- How It Works:
If you purchased a participating Villaggio® product and were not satisfied with the taste, you can request a coupon for another Bimbo® product by following these steps:
Visit villaggioguarantee.ca during the Claim Period.
- Complete the redemption form with your name and email address.
- Upload a clear photo of your purchase receipt showing in complete and legible print:
- Store name and address
- Date and time of purchase
- Participating Villaggio® product
You will receive an email confirming your submission and whether it’s been approved or rejected. Each valid submission will receive one (1) coupon valued at $4.00, redeemable on any Bimbo® product. Coupons will be sent via mail within 3 weeks of approval.
We reserve the right to reject submissions in cases of suspected misuse or abuse. If rejected, you will get an email stating the reason for the rejection. The reasons for rejections include but are not limited to (a) failure to pass anti-fraud detection system; (b) is unauthorized, fake, not from a participating store or has been illegitimately obtained; (c) contains any messages or other markings not recognized by the administrator; (d) is illegible, unreadable, not in focus or blank; (e) has been previously used; (f) does not include the Participating Products, or is not during the Claim Period.
Program terms may change or end without notice.

By submitting a request, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering this offer. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties, except as required to fulfill the offer.
- Liability
This offer is not a refund. No cash or credit will be issued. Bimbo Canada and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or delays in coupon delivery.
